The National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) will hold its Annual General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. All NAMC members are invited to attend this virtual meeting.
Meeting Schedule by Time Zone
1:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern
12:00 – 2:00 PM Central
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific

There is no cost to NAMC members to attend this two-hour virtual meeting. Please register as soon as possible at https://namc-annual-membership-meeting.eventbrite.com

A Zoom link will be provided via email after registration.
NAMC National Director Elections
Electronic voting information will be provided to eligible NAMC chapter members via email.
Agenda
National Board of Director elections, presentations, and other association business will be addressed during the meeting. A meeting agenda will be provided to all registered NAMC members the week prior to the meeting date.
June Monthly Board of Director Meeting & National Executive Officer Elections
A separate calendar invitation and agenda will be emailed to NAMC national directors and chapter presidents/chairpersons for the regularly held monthly board meeting. The revised national board meeting dates are Wednesday, June 15 and Thursday, June 16. National executive officer nominations and elections for the 2021 – 2022 term will be held directly following the General Membership Meeting. All incumbent and newly elected voting national directors are required to attend. More information to follow under a separate email.
2022 Chapter Renewals
Important Note: Chapters who have not completed the renewal process by May 31, 2022 are ineligible to participate in the General Membership meeting. Ineligible chapters will be considered not in good standing and are in jeopardy of suspension as early as September 2022.
